While our team gets called in for all types of jobs, it doesn’t need to be an intricate job for the stone professionals to get involved. We recently got called in by one of our residential customers in Annapolis, MD for a simple polish job on their Travertine floors!
Travertine is a type of limestone that forms around mineral spring deposits. As a flooring material, it is sold as tiles and comes in a variety of earth tone colors, that give consumers many options when choosing color schemes for their stone project.
Not only is it stylish, but travertine is also very durable and long lasting when taken care of properly! For this particular job we honed the floor down with a variety of diamond polishing pads and then finished with a standard polishing powder and seal.
